connection with your use of any web sites owned and operated by W. E. Hardy,
special designed banners from W. E. Hardy may be posted throughout our web
sites for customers to enter their email address to enhance your internet
browsing experience. Registering your email address with W. E. Hardy allows us
to notify customers to take advantage of special promotions and other services
that may be provided by certain merchants, and you may choose not to receive
these offers at any time.

a company, we are interested in knowing who from time to time stops by to visit
our web site. Therefore, we do collect personal information within our
company's "guest book", but the information you share with us is strictly
voluntary. We may reply in a personal letter from the owner or W. E. Hardy will

customers. As a company, we have nothing to gain from the practice of sharing

E. Hardy currently owns and operates four (4) web sites. Click here to
view the names and location of our web sites. Please note that the Country
toreSuperMall.com web site has been designed to operate as an online shipping
mall. Under this concept, W. E. Hardy has been qualified and approved by
various merchants. We post links from all of our web sites using
"text" and "banner" codes to allow a customers to purchase
goods and services directly from the merchants web site. These online merchants
have provided us with a tracking code to allow us to earn a percentage of your
purchase for the use of our web site to drive customers.
Once
you have clicked through to a merchant's web site, W. E. Hardy shall not be
held responsible or liable for any purchases, information, either wholly or in
part, based on the information the customer provided to any online merchant.

When
you purchase goods and services from merchants through any of W. E. Hardy's web
sites, W. E. Hardy is not given access to any information you may provide to
the merchants. Merchants do not share information with W. E. Hardy that they
collect on you. W. E. Hardy doesn't ask for nor purchase any information from
merchants or any other such services that may offer such information from time

Sharing information
within W. E. Hardy's Family of Companies and Divisions
We
may share all the collected information about you within the W. E. Hardy's
family of companies. However, we only do so to the extent and in the manner

procedures. Our employees do not have access to information about you. Your
information is only available to the owner and co-owner of W. E. Hardy.

purchasing any goods and services directly from our web sites with the use of a

that…before you purchase any products from one of our merchants, check to

E. Hardy does not use "cookies". Some web sites affiliated with W. E.
Hardy may place a feature on your browser called a "cookie" in order
to assign each member a unique number. This will allow the merchants you are
shopping with to track the items in your shipping cart and save past purchase
information. This will enhance you experience by saving your shopping
information for use the next time you visit their site. Cookies do not allow
web sites to collect any additional information other than the information that
was provided by the customer at the time of registration. For more

W. E. Hardy decide to change our privacy policy, we will post a notice
regarding those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what
information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we
disclose it. We will direct you to the location within our web site. If
at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner
different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users
by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use
their information in this different manner. We will use information in
accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected
from the customer.

E. Hardy's sites are general audience web sites that comply with the Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act. Further, W. E. Hardy's sites are not geared
towards children, W. E. Hardy nonetheless attempts to protect children. W. E.
Hardy must, however, rely on the information provided to us by visitors to our
sites. As a result, it is impossible for us to guarantee with absolute
certainty that the information collected and utilized by W. E. Hardy is not
